Welcome to Kuma Koto! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kuma Koto mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Kuma Koto. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App and purchase subscriptions.

1. Subscription Terms

Kuma Koto offers two auto-renewable subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $2.99 per month • Annual Subscription: $29.99 per year

Prices may vary by country or region and are subject to applicable taxes.

2.2 Premium Features

Premium subscriptions unlock the following features:

• ✨ Unlimited vocabulary topics • 🎮 All game modes unlocked • 📚 Advanced difficulty levels (Intermediate, Advanced, Expert) • 📊 Full progress tracking and analytics

2.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. • Your subscription will automatically renew at the same price unless you cancel it or we change the pricing (with advance notice).
